Having gone through this optimization ourselves. There are some other inter-related tools you need to have to do the job :
    1. Headsets
    2. Great VOIP service
    3. Call Recording
    4. Dual Monitors

    * Headsets – Sounds simple enough, but get high quality ones that enable comfort for wearing a long time. Wether you go wireless or
    * High quality VOIP service- (not ringcentral). Nothing frustrates a rep then latency via VOIP. Get the best. Plus, mobility = enable your team to call anywhere – office, home, conference room, destop soft phone, desk phones, etc.
    * Call recording – Want to get more dials, listen to calls and assist your team.
    * Dual Monitors – allows reps to use a crm along with opening/referencing any app or website.
