Several years ago I read the book Pour Your Heart Into It: How Starbucks Built a Company One Cup at a Time and really enjoyed the stories and background. Regardless of whether or not you personally like Starbucks, any entrepreneur that builds a socially-conscious company with 200,000 employees and a value of $86 billion is incredible.
