Three Shortcuts to Save Time and Help Get Things Done

I always enjoy little time savers that also help get things done in a more consistent manner. As an example, whenever I get a request to meet I like to use a standard response like “Great, let’s get together. Here’s a link to my self-service calendar on Calendly.” Setting these shortcuts up isn’t hard, but it does take some time and effort. Here are my three favorite:

    Great shortcuts, thanks for sharing; simple, but super useful. Maybe it’s time I need to upgrade from the Post-It Note, 6-item priority list.

    We have implemented Podio across our entire digital agency… Your recommendations are great for individuals, but for teams you’ve got to get OUT of email collaboration and Podio helps us get 3X more done than the average agency staffer.

    I find using Google Docs can be particularly productive when more than one person is working with a document – I especially appreciate how it tracks the different users and the changes they make whether resolved (finalized) or not.
