I love this time of year. It’s when Inc. magazine publishes the latest Inc. 500 for the 500 fastest growing companies in the United States. Hannon Hill was #247 in 2007 and Pardot was #172 in 2012.

    I have not seen the 2013 top 10 cities for the Inc. 5000, but Atlanta had an impressive showing last year.

    @bess, I was thinking on similar lines. There seems to very few pure software product companies on this list. In fact, according to you there is only one. So, for the tech industry in ATL, this doesn’t sound encouraging, does it?

    Am I missing something?

    There are actually 3 software companies on the list. RePay and Innovolt are platform/SaaS models. But to Himanshu’s point, the ratio is skewed toward services companies.
