With the end of the quarter only a couple weeks away, it’s a great time to review. Depending on the size and stage of the startup, there are a number of items to do:
- Review the simplified one page strategic plan, update progress on the goals and rocks, and prepare the next quarter’s strategic plan
- Run the quarterly check-ins and recalibrate with every team member
- Analyze the weekly operational metrics in the context of the quarter and update the budget and plan for the next quarter
Every startup needs a rhythm. Build a process to run at the end of the quarter and continually refine it.
